Full judgment

1. On 17 January 2025 attending St Anne’s Avenue Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2EH and attempting to communicate with a resident identified within the injunction;

2. On 9 March 2025 attending St Anne’s Avenue and attempting to speak to two residents identified within the injunction;

3. On 18 March 2025 coming in and out of a flat on St Anne’s Avenue, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2EH with a baseball bat;

4. On 18 March 2025 the Defendant was found to be within a flat at St Anne’s Avenue Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2EH;

5. On 25 March 2025 a video was produced to the Claimant by Avon & Somerset Police which showed the Defendant outside a flat on St Anne’s Avenue Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2EH and inside a flat on St Anne’s Avenue Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2EH on 7 March 2025. These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 6 January 2025 to which the Defendant EMMA INGRAM was subject.
