1. The Appellant lodged their appeal using the GRC1 form with the Tribunal on 12 June 2024. The appeal was incomplete as the Appellant did not include a copy of the decision they sought to challenge.

2. By Directions and an email issued on 21 June 2024, the Appellant was required to provide a copy of the decision they sought to challenge within 28 days. The Appellant did not comply with that direction.

3. On 29 July 2024 Case Management Directions were issued giving the Appellant notice that they must provide a copy of the decision they sought to challenge by no later than 12 August 2024.

4. The Appellant has failed to comply with the direction.

5. The proceedings are stuck out under Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules because the Appellant has failed to comply with a direction which stated that failure to comply with the direction could lead to the striking out of the proceedings.

6. The Appellant may apply for the proceedings to be reinstated under Rule 8(5) and (6) of the Rules. The application must be made in writing and received by the Tribunal within 28 days after the date on which this Decision is issued.
