Full judgment

1. This is an incomplete appeal as no copy of the decision under appeal was furnished by the Appellant within 28 days of the appeal, dated 13 February 2025, being lodged, as required by Rule 22(3) of the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (General Regulatory Chamber) Rules 2009 (‘the Rules’). 2. In Case Management Directions issued by the Tribunal on 15 October 2025, the Appellant was directed to furnish the said decision within 28 days. The Appellant did not comply. 3. In further Case Management Directions issued by the Tribunal on 14 November 2025, the Appellant was directed to furnish the said decision by 28 November 2025 failing which this appeal might be struck out, without further direction, pursuant to Rule 8(3)(a) of the Rules. The Appellant again did not comply, nor did he make any representations as to why this appeal should not be struck out. 4. Accordingly, this appeal is struck out.
